HOW TO MEASURE YOUR INSEAM FOR BIKE

1. Stand straight with your back against the wall and feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Place a book between your legs and raise as far as possible, this imitates a seated bike position.
3. Use a measuring device to measure from the top of the book to the floor (in cm). This measurement is your inseam length.
